Rules for using the ToyDrop storefront

All content on the ToyDrop website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, product descriptions, and site design, is owned by ToyDrop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit site content without prior written permission.

The website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToyDrop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to ToyDrop for the applicable order.

If you have a problem with an order or the site, please contact support@toydrop.nanocorp.app first so we can try to resolve it informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ToyDrop maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving that location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
