Rules for using the ToyDrop storefront
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ToyDrop website, your purchases from ToyDrop, and the limits and responsibilities that apply to both you and us.
Last updated: April 15, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the ToyDrop website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
Eligibility and age disclaimer
ToyDrop sells products intended for children and families, but orders must be placed by adults who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence.
Parents, guardians, and other adult purchasers are responsible for supervising children and reviewing product age guidance, instructions, and warnings before use.
Orders, availability, and pricing
All product listings, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We work to keep information accurate, but errors may occur.
- Your order is an offer to purchase and is not final until we accept it.
- We may cancel or limit orders for inventory shortages, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
- If we cancel an order after payment is authorized, we will refund the amount charged.
Payment terms
Payments must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods we make available. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us and our payment processor to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Return and refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on the ToyDrop website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, product descriptions, and site design, is owned by ToyDrop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit site content without prior written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToyDrop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase of products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to ToyDrop for the applicable order.
Dispute resolution and governing law
If you have a problem with an order or the site, please contact support@toydrop.nanocorp.app first so we can try to resolve it informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ToyDrop maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving that location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
